| Description |
This will
grow to about 1 Metre (3ft) tall. They are grown as house plants and also
as cut flowers. The leaves are arrow shaped, semi-erect and basal, deep
green in colour. The flowers are white spathes each with a yellow spadix. |

The whole of
the plant is poisonous if eaten. The sap can cause irritation to the skin
if handled. |
