Description The shrub or bush grows up to 3 metres ( 10 feet ) tall. The leaves are small and oval shaped on yellowish twigs. The flowers are smallish pink and white clusters developing into white waxy berries in autumn.
Hazards The berries are poisonous if eaten.
Effects Vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness.
Flowering Period Summer flowers, berries autumn.
Location Mainly gardens but can be found in many places growing wild.
